About Our Menu

Raw Vegan Gourmet is NOT A DIET. It’s a healthy lifestyle based on plant-based foods including vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds, combined with carefully selected high grade natural sweeteners, oils and salts.
 

Our menu . . . defined:

RAW: Whole-food, Plant Based, just the way Mother Nature made it. UNPROCESSED. Our food contains all the Vitamins, Minerals, Nutrients, and cleansing Fiber, so there is no need for supplements, or vitamin pills.

VEGAN: We use Vegetables, Fruits, Nuts and Seeds. We are TOTALLY GLUTEN-FREE, GMO-FREE, and mostly locally grown ORGANIC. NO ANIMAL PRODUCTS of any kind. NO SEAFOOD, MEATS, DAIRY.

UNCOMPROMISINGLY GOURMET: By not cooking anything over 118 degrees, the true flavors abound from the plants, so we use can concentrate on using the best and least amount of seasoning and fats. We do not compromise on selecting the best groceries.
